1. Agreement to terms

By accessing aetrix.co.uk or engaging Aetrix LTD ("Aetrix", "we", "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Aetrix provides digital design and development services including web design, web development, 3D and animation work, CRM and portal development, and AI solutions. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Website use

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure.
• You must not use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or reproduce content without written permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend access to the website at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, and animations — is owned by Aetrix LTD unless otherwise stated. For client projects, intellectual property ownership is transferred upon full payment as specified in the project agreement.

5. Payments and deposits

• All projects require a 50% deposit before work commences.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Invoices unpaid within 14 days of the due date may incur a 5% late payment charge.
• All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate content, and necessary access credentials. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional charges. We are not responsible for project outcomes affected by client-provided content or third-party systems.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

8. Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects current terms. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
